Annalisa is truly a magical person, caterer & florist -- I could honestly compliment her 1,000,000 times and it still wouldn't be enough! My fiance and I were faced with reimagining and recreating our wedding amidst the global pandemic and on a very short timeframe and Annalisa made it the easiest, most stress-free experience imaginable. I don't know how she did it, but she was able to completely envision and create the wedding of my dreams with very little creative direction or information from my end. She is so talented that she literally tapped into the vision I had in my own mind for the day and make it a reality. The food she made was beyond delicious and completely beautiful. She made the entire dinner (including appetizers!) gluten-free because I have Celiac Disease and it felt like such a blessing and treat to be able to eat EVERYTHING without worry at my own wedding! Everyone was so blown away by the food that it was the talk of the group days after the wedding! The florals she created for the wedding were the dreamiest, most stunning florals I've ever seen. I may be slightly biased, but I've seen weddings in Vogue that don't hold a candle to the beauty she created for our wedding day. When I first saw the florals I actually cried -- they were that stunning! To top it all off, Annalisa is a wonderful human. I had only communicated with her over email before the wedding day and when we met on the big day it felt like I had known her for years! She exudes such a warm, kind, loving energy that it felt as though an old friend was with us the entire day, which was absolutely perfect for the intimate nature of our small celebration. If you are planning a Maine wedding that you wish to be organic, sustainable, whimsical, romantic, and timeless -- Annalisa is without a doubt the person you need on your wedding team!

Annalisa is AMAZING!!! We hired Annalisa and her team for both catering and flowers for our Maine wedding in August 2022. She is so kind, understanding, and easy to work with. She was so responsive to our vision and executed both flowers and a menu that was exactly what we wanted and envisioned. Annalisa was able to make adjustments to the menu for various dietary needs, and even made a separate meal for one of our guests with a special allergy! We set a budget for both catering and flowers and she easily stayed within our budget. We really felt like she was one of the few vendors that wasn't trying to squeeze us financially, and we SO appreciated that. It can be so stressful planning a wedding, but Annalisa made us feel relaxed and at ease. We really enjoyed all our interactions with her and felt like she was so supportive along the way during the wedding planning process. I would hire her again in an instant! We worked with Annalisa and her team at edible elements for florals and catering for our wedding and were absolutely blown away by every detail. I had a pretty specific vision for the flowers, and seeing the arrangements Annalisa created immediately made me cry - they were beyond my wildest expectations. Our food was fresh, flavorful and incredibly delicious - we had so many guests coming up to us raving about how wonderful their meal was. Annalisa is such a food artist! We hired Annalisa to cater our wedding recently and could not have been more impressed. We hired Annalisa during times of covid and she suggested meeting in a spot for a tasting. That day we arrived and were curious how we were to have a tasting at an ocean side but she met us with a decorated brown paper bag filled with samples of her food. My husband and I had a picnic and ENJOYED her delicious local food! We also feel in love with her desire to stay as local as possible when purchasing food which makes everything that much more fresh! The day of the wedding her team and her set us the most beautiful spread of local cheeses for cocktail hour with the most mouth watering passed lobster rolls. The dinner meals were both beautiful displayed and tasted unbelievable. Annalisa is such a hard worker and she really did everything she could to make our wedding that much more special!

I cannot say enough great things about Annalisa and her amazing team. I contacted Annalisa with an idea of a taco bar and my budget and she went above and beyond, stayed within budget and created a custom menu. The food was phenomenal, all my guests were so satisfied and said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! Their service day of was exceptional, staff were so pleasant, you could tell they loved what they do! They were on top of filling champagne, setting up our cupcakes and even noticing when guests weren’t taking spoons for the soup! Attention to detail and overall so much fun to work with! I HIGHLY recommend using them as your vendor, you won’t regret it and your guests will thank you!

Annalisa is INCREDIBLE! We hired her for both our catering and floral needs for our outdoor backyard wedding (aka not the traditional venue set up). Annalisa worked with us to come up with the perfect menu that fit in our budget and the food looked and tasted AMAZING. She was prompt and available to answer all of my questions leading up to the big day. For the florals, I sent her some pintrest photos and she crafted bouquets and centerpieces that far surpassed my expectations! I can't imagine a better caterer or florist for our day!

AMAZING! That is truly the word for Annalisa! She was so helpful. I was very last minute planning my wedding and happened to come across her page on TheKnot. I thought I would have hard time finding someone to help us; the reception was outside, tented, generators, I did not want any meat there. For most outside weddings, it's usually some kind of BBQ and I thought for sure that is what I was going to HAVE to do. Annalisa made food planning so incredibly easy. She was happy to help and understood my want for a vegetarian feast. Her food was/IS amazing!! She even made our cake! We had planned to save a piece in the freezer for our first anniversary, but honestly, we couldn't. We ate it all. It was the BEST cake we had both ever had. (And really, I'm not just saying that for the review.) We had cupcakes for our guests, they were to die for. She helped come up with the menu, actually did most of the work. Her arrangement was beautiful. I am so very happy we had Annalisa for our day!! I wish I could post pictures on here! She also took care of our flowers. I only sent her pictures of what I liked and she made it happen, with our bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. It was like she could read my mind! She was made to be in this business, if you want a perfect day, just contact her!

Annalisa is amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would. She did the food and flowers for my wedding and I was blown away along with everyone at my wedding. Through sharing my ideas with her strictly through email, she had everything perfect! Exactly what I envisioned. The food was incredible and she even surprised me with our cake! She felt like family and I thoroughly enjoyed having her at my small intimate wedding. I would recommend her for everyone. She helped make my day perfect.

COVID bride here!! Annalisa helped us out of a real pickle and jumped at the opportunity to attend our last minute (and twice rescheduled!) wedding. Our intimate wedding took place at a private lake house in St. Albans with just close family in attendance. She worked with the space we had and created a beautiful and unique food and flower experience for us! Annalisa’s easy going personality made our day super special and I highly recommend her to anyone considering!

Beyond Exceeded Expectations

Annalisa and her team impressed us beyond our imagination! We also used her for our flowers, so they were busy! They showed up super early with absolutely everything they needed and then some to keep our guests happy and well fed. From the bouquet, to the table decorations, to the food (the FOOD!! DELICIOUS!!!) and finally the cake… we still say the star of the wedding was the caterers and decorations (they did most of the decorating)! They brought oysters, soup & salad, 3 main courses and multiple desserts…. It was all just incredible and beautiful! And they were seamless; if I didn’t see them when they were coming to make sure I had been able to at least eat a little, I wouldn’t have even realized they were there pulling our wedding together in the background! I literally felt like Annalisa and her team were there just to make it the most delicious and perfect day just for us. The presentation was gorgeous, and they even cleaned up everything on the way out the door I didn’t even know we’d had a caterer there! So impressed, so thankful and would recommend again to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you for absolutely everything from the moment I reached out, to even after the wedding. Truly a remarkable team, we appreciate you being such a perfect part of our day!

amazing experience!

Annalisa and her team did an amazing job for our wedding. We had a 200 person, vegetarian wedding and Annalisa created a menu that everyone loved. The appetizers and main course were really quite good and her presentation was excellent. She was also very responsive over email in the days leading up to our wedding and was great to work with. She was also affordable- we got some INSANE quotes while booking vendors and Annalisa's pricing was very reasonable :) I'd recommend her to anyone.
PS- Annalisa also catered a good friend's wedding 9/2021 and the presentation and food were great there too!

Queen Caterer

Annalisa is one of a kind and not a common vendor you meet along your wedding planning journey. She is the most giving, open, and helpful caterer I've ever met. I genuinely have not heard of wedding guests asking for seconds at their wedding until ours -- her food was that good.

In addition to her exceptional feast, she also did an epic seafood-inspired cocktail hour and helped me with ideas for the table setting that made the night all the more beautiful. If you have the chance to work with her -- take it. She will help make all your dreams come true and become a friend in the process.

Honestly, best wedding food ever

When we started planning our wedding, it was important to us to have good food that our guests would enjoy. Furthermore, our guests had a range of dietary restrictions that we needed to accommodate, from vegan to nut-free. Annalisa ensured that everyone had options and that the food was absolutely delicious. Even our pickiest guests came up to us, stunned, saying "I like everything" — they were so surprised! Nailed my vision!

Annalisa is a lovely human being. We absolutely loved her work and could not be happier!! Everything was perfect. She made me worry free. She made sure she was providing us with everything we wanted. She even stayed til after our ceremony to move some arrangements up to the reception. We spoke to other florists who said they would not provide that service and without a doubt, Annalisa was so accommodating. Wonderful Experience

I am so thankful that we were able to find Annalisa. Annalisa truly made our wedding the best day of our life. She helped us develop a menu that was within our budget and exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious and all of the guests loved it! She also catered lunch the day of the wedding for the bridal party- again it was delicious, reasonably priced, and well presented! Finally, she did the flowers for our wedding and did an exceptional job. The flowers ended up being my favorite part of the wedding. She guided me along the process of coming up with a vision then was able to bring it to life! Everything was extremely beautiful, elegantly decorated, and an excellent price. Annalisa was wonderful to work with, she was very responsive and always extremely positive. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.

Professional and Amazing

Annalisa was initially hired for flowers at my 2015 wedding. Once I learned she also catered, I hired her for both!! She’s the easiest person to work with. She’s kind and the most professional person on the planet. Her beloved dog had passed away the same weekend and she didn’t miss a beat. She showed up early and stayed late. Our food AND flowers were outstanding. But the food is why I’m here! She served appetizers, dinner, and deserts! She had amazing staff to help keep waters full and clear plates. Our brisket was cooked all day in a smoker on premise. Our deserts were decadent!! And she didn’t miss a beat when someone cut into our “cake” and she served us up a whoopie pie instead!!!!! Annalisa is a kind, warm person who will help any bride rest at ease on her big day!!

Annalisa made our wedding! The food was delicious!

Annalisa was an absolute Godsend! She absolutely met us where we were for our budget and she creatively stretched it to do more than what we thought we could possibly have done. Our guests commented on the food on the wedding day and MONTHS following! Annalisa is professional, kind, punctual, and kindhearted. She listened to our plans and filled in the flawed plans with experience, thoughtful planning and foresight, and she relieved us of our anxieties that there wouldn’t be enough food, that it would be cold, or too hot, that we would have too much! Lol. Her calming, genuinely kind demeanor removed our stress and allowed my husband and I to enjoy our wedding day worry free. Our families ate to our hearts content! She met with us to plan, checked in regularly, and arrived early the day of the wedding to set up. Her table settings were lovely. The food was presented so well. She managed ingredient questions for guests that had allergies, tables of appetizers, a beautiful meal, and desserts seemingly without effort. She helped pack up left overs and made sure my husband and I ate enough on our busy day. Annalisa is a tremendous caterer, and a lovely person. When we have another event that requires a caterer, it will be Annalisa. Hands down
